tko69 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the tko69 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tko69 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify your date of birth before any withdrawal is authorised.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and operating the Account solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by tko69 or by any other operator under whose programme tko69 participates.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tko69 or any of its software providers, without prior written approval.
• You must not reside in a restricted jurisdiction where the receipt of online gaming services is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

When registering an Account on the tko69 Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• You are permitted to register and maintain only one Account. If you lose access to your Account, you must contact tko69 support to recover it — creating a second Account is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tko69 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your username or password.
• You must notify tko69 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tko69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by tko69 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on the tko69 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. tko69 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your Wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmed payment receipt. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
• Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tko69 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• tko69 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual transactions in accordance with its AML policy. This may result in processing delays while verification is completed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. tko69 may adjust these limits at its discretion with 48 hours' notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

tko69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Bonus balance must meet the stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and time limits are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• tko69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to an Account will not be retroactively altered once the relevant wagering period has commenced.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or arbitrage betting — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the tko69 Platform across all game categories:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. tko69 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where tko69 determines that a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered.
• In the event of a system or technical failure during a game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, tko69 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.
• tko69 offers sports betting markets on competitions including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, BRI Liga 1, and MotoGP, among others. Market availability, pre-match odds, and in-play pricing are subject to change and may be suspended without notice at tko69's discretion.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are void, the odds are recalculated excluding the void leg.
• tko69's togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) products — including Togel Hongkong — operate according to official draw results published by the relevant draw authority. tko69 is not responsible for disputes arising from the draw operator's results.
• All games offered via tko69's live casino — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing individual game titles are those published by the respective game studio.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tko69 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including the use of false identity documents, stolen payment credentials, or chargebacks initiated in bad faith.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with tko69's AML obligations.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player product.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, minimal-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus funds, or any other scheme that circumvents the spirit of promotional terms.
• Automated wagering — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of tko69.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to access, modify, or disrupt any part of the Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Underage gambling — attempting to register or use the Platform as a person under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

tko69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• tko69 suspects the Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering purposes.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tko69.
• The Player requests a self-exclusion under tko69's Responsible Gaming policy.
• tko69 is required to do so by any regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Bonus balance and any balance derived from irregular activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, less any applicable adjustments, following completion of AML and KYC checks.

Players may also voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting tko69 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours and any remaining real-money balance will be returned after standard verification procedures.

All content on the tko69 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, database architecture, and the "tko69" brand name and identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of tko69 or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express prior written consent from tko69.
• Game titles, studio brands (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), and league names (EPL, La Liga, BRI Liga 1) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced on the Platform under licence.
• tko69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence is revocable and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tko69 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses arising from gambling — tko69 is a wagering platform; Players accept that gambling involves financial risk and that tko69 is not liable for any losses incurred through normal gaming activity.
• Service interruptions — temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond tko69's reasonable control.
• Third-party actions — including but not limited to failures by payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, OVO, GoPay, etc.) that result in delayed or failed transactions outside of tko69's direct control.
• Indirect or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, or any other economic loss not directly caused by tko69's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

In no event shall tko69's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tko69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling at tko69:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support.
• tko69 applies TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmitted between your browser and Platform servers. Stored credentials are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
• tko69 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) where strictly necessary to deliver Platform services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tko69 holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by tko69's licensing authority.

For Players located in Indonesia, these Terms are made available in English as the governing language. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
